Why cant you understand the fact that I dont actually even care if the c63 is faster, I dont own one, and probably never will. The reason why I got mixed up in this endless hell of a thread is that you posted that one race/video will tell if one of the cars is faster. That is bu++sh%&. And your wonderfull event is going to prove that either one of you is a better driver or has better wheels, hihger octane gas or more mileage on the car.
I love fast cars and ALL my previous cars have been BMW's, I just know when to admit a car is slower than another. You dont see me being on a Porsche turbo web page pissing at everyone telling them my E55 is faster, because there is one youtube video. I know its not. I know my car is for eg. faster than an M5 from a dig, but slower at the top end.
Please learn to live with the fact that your car is slower than a normally functional C63 AMG, with similar condition tires, similrly skilled driver and same amount and quality of fuel.
My question is why are you here?? You will have a pleasant conversation at
m5messageboard or m3board.
If your intention is just to organize an event and not be an ***%(le, stop commenting on every opposing (fact-based) comment that you dont like.
Now I am not going to comment on your posts again until you truly come up with ANY fact to base your comments on. I will gladly have a reasonable conversation if you come up with a video, backed up by gps-based racelogic or vbox dataloggers, where the M3 wins from a roll and dig. Good luck on that mission.

Nothing will ever beat Clarkson's view of M3 drivers. I F***ing love him... These are the ones that you guys should watch. I also think that this is the best review of these 3 cars. I just wish they included the IS-F if only to see what Clarkson would say about it.

... i think you completely missed the point of this thread. From what i understand its not about who's the fastest or not, the op just wanted enthusiasts to come out and drive their cars and have fun. Its really not about who's car is better cause both cars have their own merits; a little competition is always fun.

I'm tired of C63 owners running their mouths as to being faster than the M3. I have a DCT E92 M3 and want to meet up and run. Lets see you back up that sticker and the M3's in your rear view mirror claim. I'm in Orange County just like you, lets do this, put up or shut up.

I think you should read the opening paragraph. It was pretty much worded with hate and disrespect that started this little war and sticky did this on purpose.This thread could have just as well been on Edmunds,Autospies and the M5board which is full of hate and fanboy crap.

Yes, I threw out a challenge and if you look at the views the thread got plenty of attention. The C63 guys are convinced their car is faster than the M3, we have a legal track day for it to be proven. It doesn't really matter who wins or loses, just getting the MB and BMW groups together and proving they can have fun is a victory in itself.

Awesome! Now I found my new desktop background! Wish I could roll... AMG60-3. Maybe we should roll out to Hockenheim or Nurburgring. I know lots of people here in Katterbach and Ansbach that got new M3s since they just got back from Iraq.

This is just my opinion...I just went to a meet few days ago and was just staring at my friend's M3 and my C63 and all of a sudden BOOM it hit me, its just two different cars, why compare both, you cant go wrong with both cars. If you want 4 doors get the C63 and if you want 2 doors get the M3. I must admit I was wrong for putting that sig and sticker coz you cant compare both, 2 different cars.
