2009 Iridium Silver C63
Picked her up on Tuesday....
Picked up my '09 Iridium Silver C63 on Tuesday.....and it came with a "complimentary" CEL at 400 miles 
I'll be taking it in to MB to get Lo-Jack installed and have them take a look at the CEL. I hope it's one of those stupid ones that can get cleared right away. I don't want her sitting at the dealer too long....

Also Teleaid antenna is clearly visable on the roof or trunk of the car, all a thief have to do is cut the wires or remove the antenna and Teleaid won't be able to pick up any signal. Lojack installation is random and hidden so theives can't even tell if the car has Lojack installed.

Congrats!
Check engine lights are getting out of hand. Are they all having the same problems? It would be nice if they were so MBUSA could have dealers fix the flaw before giving them to new owners.

CEL probs on the 63 motors have been a couple things...cam position sensor and a purge valve issue when the low fuel light comes on. I have had both and my dealer cannot seem to fix te purge valve issue.

Aside from the CEL, it's everything and more than I imagined. Can't wait to be done with the break in period to see what she's really got
Matt, you won't be disappointed...well, maybe a little after you realize you are not going to be able to let 'er rip on the autobahn until after the break in period. I've had to restrain my right foot more than a few times already!!!
Quick question: For those of you who have installed alarms, were you qouted a higher installation price just becuase it was a MB? My local shop wanted $800 for a crappy alarm because he said it was very hard to install alarms on MB's and they'd need 2 days with her at the shop. What alarms are you guys using? Thanks

Pictures are in the works.... I gotta take it to get detailed to get all the bugs and crap off the front end after the trip home. I got Lo-Jack for 1/2 off at the dealer along with the wheel protection plan for $600 so that's why I went with that instead of tele-aid. On the way home, i started getting an intermittent Gas Cap light and then came the CEL. Not sure if they are related...we'll see what pops up.

Doesn't the C63 come with an alarm standard?
