Sell my 2008 E90 M3 for 2009 C63?
Yes. I will take a massive financial hit if I proceed.
I was lured by the 2008 M3 finance terms and chose the M3 over the C63 against my true desire for the C63.
Now I'm I have massive buyer's remorse. There is a 2009 C63 that I'll test drive today, so I'll be able to make my own judgement whether the incremental performance and my satisfaction override the financial loss of selling my M3 at a steep discount.
However, I'm looking for any and all advice from the group.

I would I have done it before. You will feel better every time you turn the key.
When you realize you are now in the right car, its alot better.
Every time you get in the M3 you will feel regretful and end up hating it.

So I'm still getting a massive amounts of thumb's up from people on the street and others pulling along side of me while driving, kinda becomes annoying (in a good way of cause) its a good thing I got 20% tints BTW dark tints looks great on black... but then i have the choice to just punch it 4 a 1/4 mile : > )))

I don't know what your current financial situation is, but I would keep the M3 for a little while longer and then trade in for a C63 later. It just sucks to take a deprecation hit on something you really haven't used too much. Secondly, as the current platform C63 matures, there will probably be a few more enhancements.

So I did test drive the car today. The C63 suits me better than the M3 (more torque & faster straight line acceleration > stock trackability to me, though I understand the opposite holds for others). So I would have originally paid the premium in financing the C63 (5.99% versus 0.9% M3). But given I've already pulled the M3 trigger, it would be silly to toss the ~$6K in depreciation I've paid.

I bet the only 2010 upgrades the U.S. will get is power folding mirrors, 19 multi spoke and Push button start... On the performance side I doubt any changes.

I thank God the M3 I had a deposit on had a problem coming down into my garage... That same night when I was bummed out, I had seen for the first time (around April,May time frame) the C63 commercial and I was sold...End of story : > )
