They said the C63 lap time was half a second faster than the M3. And I believe it was witout the PP.

2009 C63 AMG Black on Black PP Package CF fully loaded
Its top speed was 123 MPH... and I think it had the PP, notice the steering wheel. If its like the U.S. the PP comes with the Alcantara steering wheel.

It's hard to tell, this is a euro spec version car and the packages and extras are sold seperate. For instance you can order just the steering wheel or what I would like just the LSD. Anyway it surprised them that the C63 posted a quicker time at this type of track. To me it looks like it was filmed at one of our closed Air Force bases here in Germany.
