I didn't even do one burn off!!! I don't understand. I know the tires are soft, by why are the rears at 80% worn, and the fronts still look good.

I've been saving all the tire threads and plan to figure out what tire and size to go with in the next few days.

Should I replace all (4) even if the fronts are good or move the fronts to the back and just buy (2) new tires?

Is the camber a little too aggressive?

are the tires PZero Rosso's?

if so these tires wear very quickly

I have a set of 285/30/19's on my rear end and I have no where near the power you are putting down and my tires are done in less than 3K miles

Torque Baby.....Torque. Same issue with all AMG's and especially the C's. Virtually unavoidable.

They are the stock Pirelli's that come on the US cars...

I don't think it's camber or anything since everyone else is also only getting 4,000 to 7,000 miles out of the tires...

You cant move the front to the back unless you wanna go smaller , just buy two new tires in the back.

I would look for another brand, like the Michellin PS2s. If you can't go at least 8000-9,000 miles on moderate driving, then its the tire. My Z06 went 11,000 miles on Goodyear Supercar runflats and its much easier to spin the tires.

Any UHP tire (PS2 included) will give you the same wear give or take. I would just buy 2 rears and go to 265's

Note: I am not saying the PS2 is not a great tire. They are. Just that they will not wear any better.

I wish MB had seen fit to equip the c63 with some wider rear rubber. There is just more power than those little tires can put down. I have 2700 miles and my rear wear bars are exposed. I've got no rear grip now.

The car is definitely under-tired for the torque.

Does Toyo make a tire that fits our C63's?

I would like to buy Toyo R888's right away and dump these factory Pirelli's if I can get a fit on these.

The R888's work well on E55's and E63's.

I wonder if any of the tire wear is due to the very high tire pressure requirements. I can't recall what the exact spec is but I think it's over 40psi? Maybe the tire pressure sensor is set too low allowing the pressure to drop and the wear to accelerate? My sensor has gone off twice and the tires were in the mid 30s.
