With my lead foot I pretty much head straight to the gas station most of the time. At 12 mpg you've got to be proactive.

I actually managed to wring 291 km out of a tank of gas the other day.

That's pretty darned good, all things considered.

Edit: Oh, wait, maybe that was TWO tanks of gas and I just forgot to reset the trip odometer?

The guy is a dolt. Plain and simple. Doesn't matter if he drives a C63 or a Honda. You justifying his actions doesn't say much about yourself.

You should also be able to navigate to a screen that tells you how many miles you have left.

Yes it will come back on seeing it is viewed as a problem/malfunction.

In conclusion you are an idiot.

RuhRoh, Someone got Ketch all riled up.

To the OP, I hope your wife's delivery goes well, and when she is back on her feet, she gives you a good *** kicking for making her fetch you gas days before her delivery date for no reason other than you didn't want to leave your car alone.

I don't get two things...

1. As an adult male Dr., how do you run out of gas?

2. Its a C, you have a pic of a Ferrari in the garage, you're in a "good" neighborhood, cop behind you, and you lazy a$$ was worried about leaving a C on the side of the road? If it was the Ferrari, I could maybe understand, maybe, not wanting to leave THAT, but c'mon!

I think our buddy GB is a doctor. As for the question #2 that still baffles me.

Hell, I'm surprised he didn't try to siphon her amneotic fluid into the tank so the car could limp to the station.

That would have been classic.

What did you end up doing for a car? Did you get the M, the C? Yes I am hijacking this thread.

Oh, I have the C. I'm just looking to get an SUV (finally) and the ML is the one I'm most interested in. I wonder what are the odds of me running out of gas on a railroad track in THAT thing. Oh the anticipation.

My crystal ball tells me you'll need much stricter gun laws in the US. When his wife recounts to their as yet unborn offspring some day that 'your dad made me run off to the gas station just days before you were born to fetch gas for his car...ahh, those were the days', I can foresee some serious domestic violence as a result.

Pretty good. She is SO FAT that I thought I had a hole in my gas tank the first couple of months I had it. It IS worst then my Full Size Supercharged Rover and my RRS Supercharged. My dealer is trying to temp me into a C63. He let me drive it yesterday and we almost ran out of gas. No BS. Meh... Do I need yet ANOTHER car. The ML, the M, and the C.. Its just me. I'm divorced.
