C63 Seats VS BS
I was woundering if the C63 guys know if your seats
are the same as the CLK Black Series one ?
looks kind of the same... but need feedback plz
AND do you guys have heated and ventilated seats options?

CLK 63 Black Series, 2009 S550, 2011 Range Rover Supercharged, BMW F800 GS Anniv Edition
They are the same seats. The only difference is the C63 has heated (not sure about ventilated) and electric controls. The BS is manual fore and aft and has two position electric.

Ventilated seats mean more weight. No thanks.
The C63 seats are the same design as the BS seats, but power adjustment vs manual as mentioned. I also think we have adjustable side bolsters where the BS does not, but I could be wrong on that. Maybe a BS owner wants to chime in or I know someone with a BS that I can check with.

The BS DOES have adjustable side bolsters and lumbar. The only major difference is the fully electric adjustable on the C63 and the heated option.

Soo the the seats are the same size and shape
expect for the electric and heater features

I remember jrcart saying when he replaced his seats with the CF DTM seats, he saved a total of 112 lbs. Geez, I wonder how much more could be saved swapping out the C63 seats, maybe another 20 lbs? Not to mention those CF DTM seats look bad ****! Too bad there around $5000 for the pair.
