Good price for 2009 C63 AMG?
As far as I know, the only difference between the 2009-1 and 2009-2 models is the -2 ones were built a few months later. So you should be able to get another couple of hundred off on a 2009-1 model since it's been around the block a few times.
It's rumored that the 2009-3 cars will have the newer mirrors as well as a Parktronic option, but no one can confirm this. You'll also pay a bit more for a newer model so how much are those options worth to you...
In the end, it's an amazing car either way. MBUSA should just be ashamed for d*cking their U.S. customers over on the option packages. It's one thing to make them expensive, but at least offer them!

Consider this. Dealers are making 9% at full MSRP. Buying the car you are talking about for $62k is basically buying it at cost. Our economy isn't nearly as bad as yours, so things are different up here.
If someone asked me for $2800 off a C63, he'd be a very good negotiator.
IMO, that is a very good discount for one of these.
Since they came out in June of 08, we haven't knocked a penny off a C63 and we've never had one land into our inventory that wasn't pre-sold. I sold one to my brother and he paid MSRP...he also claims the car changed his life. He's got that perma-grin that all AMG owners have.
...but, like i said, your economy is a lot rougher than ours.
My best advice...it sounds like you're already getting a pretty good deal. Ask for more and see what happens. Regardless, the C63 is one of the most fun cars on the planet to drive. You won't be disappointed.
I roughly asked what the best price he can do he said he can go $57k.
You think I should negotiate lower to like $55K or under?
Thoughts?
I would shoot for below $54,000 in this market. Personally, I think under $52,000 is fair.

CPO = 4 yrs or 50,000 mi + 1 yr extra or 100,000 mi so does this essentially mean 5 yrs or 100,000 mi warranty?
I'm coming from a BMW so I never had to worry about maintenance on my vehicle.
What's the cost of an oil change, brakes, rotors for the guys that had already went in for these types of maintenance?
Thanks in adavance for the help and insight!

Yes, I think under $52k is fair even with a CPO. I believe (but may be incorrect) that the CPO warranty gives you a 5-year or up to 100,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first) -- from the day it was purchased new.
