As with others on this forum, I'm going to replace the hideous orange side markers with clear or tinted side markers from the vendors on eBay. My dilemma is this- which looks best on a white C63, clear or tinted? I've seen several pictures of the clear side markers on a white C63 but not the tinted markers. What are your thoughts? Which would look best on a white C63? Thanks.

On white, I would think clear or painted would look best. For my Mars Red, I went with the clears but am thinking about getting the smoked ones instead.

Honestly, I think the painted ones look best on white though.

Smoke side markers that match the headlights are the only way to go.

I agree. Short of painting them, the clear side markers would look better on a white car. But you can be different and do the smoked ones. It certainly wouldn't look bad, just different.

Thanks for the feedback. I was leaning towards the clear side markers but was curious what other owners thought. I just purchased the clear side markers online through eBay. I'll post pics when installed. Thanks for the help.

They're so easy to switch out you could get both sets and put on the ones that match your shirt that day. j/k

wat have guys with the painted side markers done with the bulb? zip tie it outside the casing or tape up the bulb?

Painted my side markers myself and painted the lightbulb black.
