OK so this morning i received my ECU back from Cory at Kleemann in Colorado. The whole process took only 2 days. I sent the ECU on Monday morning and it was here today by 10 am!

I put it back on and went for a ride. There is only one word to describe the car now. "WOW"

To make it short, if the car before pulled like a train, now the car pulls like a freakin airplane, literally. There is much more power in 4th and 5th specially from 70-130 MPH. I have yet to notice any change in shifting speed but the throttle lag that used to bother me at times when stepping on the pedal is gone ( like some people that have the tune have mentioned ). Take note that all of this was just during my first half an hour with the tune. I have driven about 50 miles so far and i'm still in the "break in" process for the ECU. I suppose by the weekend the ECU shud be fully broken in and right in time for a race against an IS-F on saturday morning

In resume, this is probably the best bang for your buck you can do to the car. It not only makes it much quicker at virtually any speed but also gets rid of the throttle lag. Will post more as i put more miles on her!

Yea go with the K2, I've spoke with corey and the numbers on the dyno looks good
I'm thinking of going straight to K2 or maybe K1 + exhaust...still debating

But sounds like it was a money well spent eh? safe!

I don't regret a penny of the full K2 package. I was tentative at first, but so glad I pulled the trigger.

But hey, if budget only allows for the K1...then just go with that.

Just in case there is budget for the K2, and someone is on the fence...K2 all the way.

Hey do you get those popping noises here and there when you even slightly accelerate? I test drove this one car that sounded really mean, it sounded like something was going to blow up (not literally) and wanted my car to sound the same.

Unlike some people I think the stock sound is a little too refined for such a beast. with that said, I am looking to get the K2 after my car breaks in, do you think I'll be satisfied with the sound?

Not too sure until i get it to the dyno. But from past research this tune is supposed to give anywhere from 50-70 HP at the crank and about 40lbs of extra torque but i could be wrong

Oh ridiculous....if anything when the "time" comes just have them reflash it and then after just send it back to get it done....OR buy a spare from them and keep 1 stock and get 1 modded

What is a good mileage to get the K2? I've yet to break my car in and the thought of having a 530 hp car that sounds like that (K2) makes me very excited.

You probably didn't need the K1 to beat him. Is he modded?

What is this "break in" for your tune I keep hearing about? I always assumed break in periods were for any new objects that required physical movement. (Turbos, Pistons, etc.) This tune is far from that.

Can't wait to see the dyno sheet.

Did you do a baseline, Soldier? If yes, what type of dyno was it done on?
