OEM Euro-spec front plate bracket
These are not like the after market ones that come with the novelty German license plates but are made specifically to fit over the C63's front bumper just like the US version does.
The part number if anyone is interested is:
A204.817.19.78
If you just give your dealer the part number and don't say what it is they will usually order it (mine just did). The down side is that it costs $145 (comes directly from Germany). But if you want a perfect fit for you Euro plate without a bent plate frame and tape, etc here's the solution.
Ya I was thinking about that too. I don't think the holes will line up but I'm thinking there will be some way to modify it so I can use the existing holes in my car. Even if I have to screw through the center of the bracket I can maybe just find low profile screws that don't protrude much and then just lay the plate on top.
My 335i is stock although the funny thing is at low RPM's (1000 - 3000) it feels faster than the C63. The twin turbos really give you great low end acceleration and torque. You have the full 300 lb.ft. at like 1500 rpm's.

But, yeah, the C63 AMG's power really comes on strong above 4,000rpm. It's still just a tad faster than the PROcede v3 tuned 335i though, and a much nicer vehicle in so many ways, imho.btw -- I've been told that some of the regular euro plate brackets will in fact bend or mold a bit to the C63's angled bumper. If not, I may try the 3M double-sided tape. I guess I'll find out for sure when I get my euro plate in a couple weeks.
An authentic MB C63 euro plate bracket for $145 seems very steep, especially when the customized euro plate only cost me $40.

I heard the dealers mark up their "wholesale" parts by around 60%. What a deal....
