HOLES BE GONE!!!
Had the 4 nasty license plate holes in my front bumper repaired by the dealer today and the results are truly unbelievable! My car is brand new and the bumper now looks factory new as well. There isn't even the slightest clue that there were ever holes to begin with. The paint is flawless! I have absolutely no idea how they managed to do this without repainting the entire bumper. The guys they use are nothing short of amazing craftsmen (they apparently do all the dealerships in town when it comes to this kind of work).
Before and after pic below. The after pic was taken with my phone under low light conditions so it looks dull. I'll post a more accurate photo when I get home. The car sparkles once again
$300 for the job (less than local PDR was asking), dropped off and picked up the same day. Couldn't be happier with these results.

Ya guys it's definitely nice to know that these kind of options are available if you ever screw up your bumper or anything else that you wouldn't want to have to go to a body shop for.
Thanks!
No tint yet. Called your guys and left a message to make an appointment for sometime next week. Do you think you'll be able to get away with the windshield tint? Is it very noticeable? I am considering this too.
Also have any idea how this tint affects the performance of radar detectors by any chance. I'm assuming if it 's ceramic based then it shouldn't disrupt anything? I have a V1 and definitely want it to work in this car.
Thanks!

Yes, it is ceramic based so s/b no issues with a radar detector. Note to self: time to buy one, this car is waaay too tempting.
