Quote: I think LET is the most stand up companies I have seen in the MB community I am in no way affiliated with them or use their products. I have never seen an unhappy customer and they charge anywhere from 50-150% less than other companies. I am surprised you C63 fellows haven't ventured out of this forum search look all around the board for the great testimonials. I think it's robbery what some of these other companies charge for a file upload especially to the C63 customers IIRC other companies are charging around 3k for a w204 63 tune. Now they are offering a free tune to locals! Good job as usual LET keep up the good work in the community.

Well said. Jerry went above and beyond for me on my S65. After 2 major tuners were unable to yield me any HP/TQ, Jerry took my car "under his wing" if you will, and assured me he would get me results. My 65 gained almost 60rwhp and 170ft lbs of torque......ie, 587rwhp/845rwtq.....thats 700/1000 at the crank folks. His customer service us unsurpassed.

LET/Eurocharged are all what they're hyped up to be, and more.

Quote: '10 E63 has both the MCT and DI, correct? Would its tuning parameters even be applicable to a C63, without either? Maybe MCT wouldn't matter... but I'd think DI would.

Hi,
I just looked through your dealer network http://www.letmotorsports.com/Links.asp

Does this mean the shop listed in VA can do a flash for me? Oddly it looks like a Mustang shop??

No, the ME9.7 ECU has to be done here in Chicago. No OBDII flashing available just yet.

Ok, we have 1 forum member arriving at 9:00 AM, and the other at 3:00 PM.

I'll be sure to take pictures for everyone and provide before / after dyno graphs. I'm sure the forum members will post up their feedback as well.

Thank you peet and mrc63jg for taking time off from work and even taking the day off to provide this feedback to the forum.

I have done repotrs like this in about 8 or 10 cars with multiple dynos and multiple before and after parts, additionally I filmed dozen of dyno videos, pictures and track passes. I don't see why you think is a big deal.

I have driven 2000 miles to get my Vette get some cams and head work, I stayed in hotels renting rooms and rental cars while my car was being worked. Again, I don't know why you think is a big deal, I do that and 100 times more all the time.... Sorry if I sound harsh or arrogant but this tuning event is simple, easy and small.

These type of tunes happens everyday in the USA like a few hundred times.

Take a chill pill buddy, I was simply giving credit to three good people taking another step forward for ALL AMG's

And please show me where and when a few hundred tunes a day are taking place on AMG's

And YES you did sound harsh, write harsh, and in another aspect WHAT IS IT TO YOU if I acknoledge them for this

I am glad you have the time and money to drive 2000 miles for heads and cams. I on the other hand would have bought them out right and saved at least 6 days of driving and went on vacation witht he family instead. Then again thats just me

I apprecieate your respones, as I am sure you will apprecieate mine

Take care my friend

I appreciate your honesty... I wasn't mad at all, I wish LET was closer to me, I would have pay for their labor, their dyno time and everything including refreshment, food or whatever as long as I could see the results.

Believe it or not I do appreciate the extra time these two customers are taking to get the tune and off course the LET company for sharing. It is all good my friend.
You take care!
