As c32AMG-DTM pointed out, MTM has released a tune for the S4, which puts it at 430 chp. Audi used a electronic bypass valve for the 3.0T. The supercharger is basically making 21 psi all under WOT, but bleeding off half of that. That allows the supercharger build low end torque much quicker and also adjust to different atmospheric conditions. Since the boost of the stock B8 S4 is around 11 psi, there is another 9-10 psi of boost available without changing pulleys. For more power after that then a pulley upgrade is required.
The 2010 A6 has the same motor but de-tuned. It puts out 300hp/310ft-lb.

Question though - if you check the MTM link I posted, every "stage" that claims a performance increase shows a picture of "ECU tuning" and a pulley.

It also seems weird for Audi to significantly overdrive the S/C but then just bleed off the boost at all but the lowest rpms - since S/C's have pretty significant parasitic losses (i.e. take hp to make hp), it seems inefficient unless I'm missing something.

Regardless, they're gorgeous vehicles - I'll likely take a hard look at one once I'm ready to move on from the C32.
And I agree that MB needs to step it up with their entertainment system. The electronic features and amenities in our W204 C-classes really need a revamp. Audi's is top notch and I would love to see that kind of improvement done to MB models, ESPECIALLY AMGs.

The pic next to the chip are wheel spacers.
They max out the boost at the low end to deliver 100% of the torque early on then bleed it off (around 2900 RPMs) to have that "table top" flat torque curve. It makes 325 ft-lb from 2900 - 5300 RPMs so it gives you a nice range. Compared to the C32, it delivers max torque at 4400 RPMs. Here's the 3.0T in the A6 (310 ft-lb from 2500 - 5000 RPMs), but same idea:
= meWas expecting a pulley, so seeing the stack of spacers, mistook them for one. The pics on the initial link are smaller...

Thanks for clarifying; appreciate it.
