Someone said the car ran for 15 min's. WTF!!!! Bugatti should put him on the NO SALE list. If you mess up like this you should never again be allowed to own a car on this caliber. Hell he should even get to own a Lincon if you dont have the brains to turn the car off.

Hmmm.. I didnt see a pelican in the second video. It looked as though he just drove the car right into the lake on purpose.. either way, car doesnt deserve it.
