We have finally got the product right and decided to go with the OE front grill laminated to Carbon fibre.

Price is US$900 including shipping for all mbworld members.

Here're some pictures;

Um...... I kinda agree the grill is not cheap but we can't do much cos we need to get the original grill and laminate it to carbon not to mention the work involved is not as simple as you can see. We actually need to take the slates off in order to be able to work on.

The car is our customer's car and he would like to keep anonymous at this time I think.

thx

Ken

I wish the price of your CF rear diffuser was around 900.

Now thats top notch. I know what it takes to wrap a grille and I wouldn't charge a penny less than $900.

photbucket blocked just a tip for sponsors maybe you should use your own website hosting because a lot of people that browse from work are behind content blockers and cant view the images. If you need you can send me pics and I will host them up for you.

Agreed. My company doesn't block photobucket yet but it does block imageshack.

Since C63 is a heavy car even little bit of weight down is very good. Even 1 kg on this product but if you add all kinds of things you good loose a lot of weight. This is in Japan company sale carbon fiber product they put on like you can cut down 5kg putting on this product. Mabye this is only for Japan.

The reason I asked is that my next goal is cut the weight down with all kinds of things, wheels, hood, trunk, roof, front fender front bumper , muffler, etc. Im not saying that just this product would do a lot of weight cut but if you look at total it well be a help even its just 1kg or so.

If by laminated they mean it's wraped in CF then it won't reduce any weight. If its made in Dry CF, only then would it reduce the weight of the grill.

Never the less, it looks good on the eyes, not sure it's worth my monthly payment, no offense Revozport.

Keep it up!

Thanks for the praise and sorry for the price.

I'll see if there's anyway we can buy the grills in bulk and see if there's any ways to reduce the cost so I can make it more competitive.

How much "off" for a core exchange? You send a pre-paid postage with the unit, and we send back ours once its replaced, how much would you "cut a check" for to send back to us? Since laminated, little imperfections would never show up. Just wondering.
Thanks.

Hi There,
High quality CF just isn't low priced. Even the little SRS buttons on the doors & rear passenger area headliner are $200 each & must send cores back or it's $15 more.

Do you have any CLK BS CF pieces? Have bought all my CF stuff from MAcarbon - pricey & perfect.
