K&N. avoid Greens. Some of them in production have been known to deteriorate in the airbox....bad. I've heard good things about BMC, but never used them (they're more expensive than both Greens and K&Ns)

BMC has a good reputation, and so does the Pipercross, it is interesting, I think I might buy a bunch and possibly test them back to back

K&N were 1st never again to much oil.
Vrp (green stuff) can't coment bc they new sitting on a box
BMC installed on car now for 15k and never had a problem and they also let more air in thn the k&n and vrp.

Last but not least the carbonio airbox filter they are the best for letting in air but they ONLY on sale with the airbox not alone. that sux.

BMC, hands down one of the best filters I've used.

I believe Carbonio uses Pipecross foam filters. At least that was the case on my MKV GTI Carbonio intake.

I forget who the Pipecross dealer is in NA. You might want to contact them directly. IIRC, Pipecross is in England.
