If you look toward the bottom of the ad, two people asked that same question. He responded that it is for C63 only. Would look great painted with just partial cf exposed
Q: Is the hood for AMG C63 W204
A: Hello Sir, The hood is for C63 not for W204. Best regards! Carl Lan Stone carbon
Q: Is this cover for the C63 AMG
A: Hi Sir, Yes ,it is for the C63 AMG. Best regards! Carl Lan

there are a couple of questions i have about it . i want to know if its hand-laid carbon or vacuum-formed . i also wanna know if you have to get other hood struts because the oem struts are made for oem weight . i am going to call them in a little while

i will call in a few hours and let you guys know what they say . it's only 7 am right now . if its vacuum formed , you cant beat the price . just the fact that it has vents and not just oem looking is pretty cool to me .

Looks interesting. Very curious to see what it looks like painted and installed. If I were to do it though, I would have the entire thing painted. I think the vents alone would add enough character without having any CF exposed.
I was actually playing around with Photoshop last night trying different vented hood options. I tried one with vents from the Vorsteiner E60 M5 hood, and I thought it looked pretty good. I'll post it up later for others to see and get their opinion, but here is the M5 one in the meantime:

ok guys , here's the scoop on the hood . i talked to mr. lan and he said that the hood is vacuum infusion made . the fit is perfect . he said it takes about 10 days to make the hood and about 25 days to ship to the united states . he said that they also offer a matte carbon hood but you must tell them when ordering . i also told him that there were a lot of people on mbworld that were interested in the hood . i asked him how they were able to be so much cheaper than other people making the oem hoods and he said that they want to get more business because they are going to try and make more carbon products for the c63 amg . i think that's what customer service is all about .
p.s. my hood is ordered !

i can't wait . waiting for euroteck to send me the front lip and the rear diffuser . my wheels should be done today so i can start reassembly . i found a company that makes carbon fiber sheets that are laminated . the sheets are .25mm thick for easy wrapping and they come in different sizes . i was thinking of ordering a sheet to cover my roof but i'm not 100 % sure yet .

Sweet! Are you planning to paint it? I just noticed the vents resemble the SL65 Black Series hood vents...I'm liking the oem styling.
Do you know if you can still use the original hardware and gas struts?
I'm curious if water issues could arise with the vents as well?

thats exactly what i thought also . i thought it would go good with the carbon hood . i am going to paint the hood but just on the sides where line follows from the a-pillar to the grille . the center section is going to stay carbon . i have already pmed some members of mbworld about their tune and they have helped me make my decision on who to go with . i wanna have one of the sickest looking c63's around that can also perform great . i don't wanna be the fastest , just want to have a very quick toy that can also win some carshows . i am a "show-n-go" kind of guy . i like the best of both worlds .

WOW this hood looks great and very cheap!! I love it. I bet that your car will look nice with it. Cant wait to see pictures
One of the shop put on a carbon sheet on C63 roof so I thought that you wanted to look at it and how it will look.
