I would start with the ECU and sport filters and a sprint booster if the car is a lease and headers are not an option. Those things I just listed should give it you a good little kick in the pants for your money

Let me know if your interested I can put a package together for you.

The best way to get the most HP is a good tune and charcoal delete and some k&N drop in filters.

Here is some data on what you will gain by going with the Kleemann K1 ECU Tune. -> https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w204/334011-dyno-results-before-after-stock-kleemann-k1-tune-two-2010-c63s.html

If it's a lease car, I think you'll be more than happy with ECU programming and an airbox. Both are easy to reverse when it comes time to turn the car in, and depending on what airbox you buy, your dealer will never know you did anything to the car.

Cory - can you tell us more about the Kleemann porting and polishing 63 heads (time, labor involved, core exchange program etc) and why the thread about it was removed yesterday ?

Definitive results are still not available for the KLEEMANN heads yet, in terms of performance gains dependent on different states of engine tune. Different specs. are still being tested to optimize for power, drivability and smoothness. The post was removed because we don't have any clear answers to a lot of questions being asked (read: our bay area installer jumped the gun a little bit). As of right now, the KLEEMANN flowed cylinder heads for the M156 are not yet available. No secrets, just not enough info available to answer everyone's questions.

Please send me an email right away. I will get with Kleemann to find out the warranty procedure. Do you have them already removed from the car?

I got the information needed to answer your questions. The warranty is 1yr unlimited mileage. Your invoice is June of 2009 so your ok there. However the shipping costs are not covered. You will need to ship it to Kleemann or myself directly. It would cost less in shipping if you sent it to Kleemann directly. I can get you the address later. You will need to pay for the shipping to Kleemann and Kleemann back to you with the new downpipe. If there is no damage to it and its clearly defective they will send you a new downpipe so please remove your entire downpipe. Disconnect it from the header flange and where its welded into your stock exhaust.

Just for information purposes I have enquired about the price of a replacement downpipe if you had to purchase one.
