I never use a torque wrench when I change the oil. Just snug it up with a 3/8" drive ratchet.
15 to 18 lb/ft should do it if you cannot find the correct spec.
Use a new copper washer!

Also do I need to replace the drain plugs with new ones? And what size washers do I need for both oil cooler and drain plug?
I heard they both need different crush washers??

Yes, you are suppose to replace the washers with new one. But, I reused my old ones because I forgot to get new ones when I changed the oil and so far no leaks. They are different sizes. You can get them at the dealer. They're pretty cheap compare to other parts

Yes, you should replace the crush washer everytime you drain the oil from the oil pan. I always buy about 6 of them at a time, so that I use them on both cars. My E63 uses two washers, and the C63 uses only one. The oil cooler has it own copper washer built in. Re-using a old washer, could allow oil to squeeze past the washer and leak out. I believe the washer is 14mm. These copper washers can be bought anywhere, and their cheaper than Mercedes. Also draining your oil cooler will yield about a cup of oil.

The oil cooler washer is not built in. It is painted onto the bolt, however, when they paint to cooler. I used a flat head screw driver to pry it off the first time I changed the oil. The next time it comes right off.
The oil cooler and oil pan washers are different - make sure that when you buy your oil filter at your dealer that they GIVE you one of each. My dealer does not charge for the washers. But as noted, I have reused the washers a couple of times with no problems.

I will head over to the dealer today to purchase the oil cooler washers, thanks for the information. because I thought the cooler washer was pressed into the bolt.
