Compared to stock: with the offset and extra width, you're looking at wheels sticking out 21.5mm or 0.86" more than the stock wheels. It's not that huge but it will not allow you to drop the car much. The reason the offset is higher is to leave some room for the wider wheels on the inside.
according to this post: https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...-wheels-2.html

Quick question for the offset gurus. I have a set of 20" Radenergies off my E55 sitting in my garage. they are 20x9 ET34, and 20x10 ET34. Is there anyway these would work on the C?

You'll certainly rub for sure in the back..you're talking an extra 33mm pushed out toward the fender, and more if you go +1 on the tire

Any way of adding a spacer or shaving the pads to make it work?

you will have to shave a lot which will affect wheel integrity..
only way to make it work is to widen your fenders.
