MKB's are not longtubes

Why are u telling everyone wrong info?????
This is not 100% true RENNtech chooses not to make long tubes, for reason only RENNtech knows. It would be more fair to speculate, RENNtech choice as one that sells multiple sets of headers each day and being a large as they are. That they do not want to get into emission issues or make a set of headers that have to be legally sold under the "Off road use only" tag.

There are alot of folks that buy a Mercedes AMG and want a RENNtech full on deal installed. Kinda like a status symbol on top of the new AMG they just got.

If RENNtech so chooses to make long tube headers, much in the style of ones that are currently available on the aftermarket. It would be by a customers request. If they did that, they would for sure make some nice power.

On a strange flip side to header talk.. Dyno-Comp just tuned RENNtech a C63 today with tune and RENNtech airbox that made 460whp. with no aftermarket headers at all. On our Dyno-Dynamics dyno. I can get the dyno chart tomorrow for yo guys. They are always fun to look at.

There are a truck load of good to great products out there, Its up to the consumer to research and find out what performance system meets their needs.

Sorry, I don't own a C63 but was considering getting one if it can ever be SC'd instead of waiting for a C-AMG 55TT in 2011.

hooly dint someone have does LT's (mids)renntech headers and showed min gains.

so tune and airbox made more then your tune and MBH headers did on your own dyno??

Not trying to start anything but I don't realy thing a dynodynamic is realy accurate. I mean I dynoed my car on 1 and got 460+ TQ!!!! That's impossible with a 43x RW.

We checked the dyno a bunch of time. Making sure everything right. I was a bit shocked when I seen the dyno numbers. So yeah this car with airbox and tune beat the power numbers of of a car with our headers. The nice thing is this car is getting our headers.

Your dyno looks, the there was some incorrect load values entered in. Most dyno's are only as good as the guy running it.

whoa u looking to be over 500rw with you headers, congrats I can't wait to see results.
I know the Dyno results are inccorect that's why I questioned the dynodynamic machine. I'm sure if someone can make my hp go low and tq go high they can also do the opposite.

That's y I don't follow dynodynamic numbers bc they are inccorect. And provide false info, Thats just my experiance with this type of machine.
If u can see he dint even bring the car above 5900rpm with the hp still going up the chart. What I'm saying is dynodynamics and mustang dynos you can realy take does numbers seriously.

Best numbers come from the track not dynos.

5252 RPM.

Since "5252" is a constant in the formula for hp as it relates to torque/rpm, they must be equal at that rpm value.

Dyno's are only good for reference/comparison purposes for starting and ending modifications on the same car. Weather(humidity and temperature), the use of fans or not, wheels and tires, etc.. are all factors that affect a dyno number. There are too many discrepanices between dyno's to try to use them to compare the power of one car to another.

Get out and make some 1/4 mile, 60-130mph, or one mile runs to see what the power really is and then you can see how it compares to others doing the same. Good luck with your mods and be safe.

my Dyno-Comp dynodynamics dynochart takes me to redline (~6000)...its very accurate and right on par with what other members with similar mods on their C32 have. however, a dyno is only as good as its operator and the guys at Dyno-Comp are experts...and that's an understatement.

$1595 is not bad if it includes everything. I sent mine to Kleeman and by the time I paid for shipping it was close to that number. The tune direct from Kleeman is $1495 not including shipping.
