Someone hit me in the parking lot..

I come out from Costco to find that someone hit my car, presumably while backing out, and decided not to leave their info. Looks like it was an SUV since the damage is pretty high. Here's a quick shot of the damage..

That's so small that you should just pay cash to fix it, that way it wont show up on your car fax.

A good paintless repair man can repair it and it will look like new for cheap! I once hired one to repair dents on my car and i was truly impressed.

Ask around...exoticar dealers...carriage trade body shops...you'll hear a few names repeated...those are the PDR techs you should contact to do your repair. They can truly do some amazing things...likely you'll see no trace of what happened.

Hopefully it can just be repaired, but I'm not sure about the quarter panel.. I'm going to call Mercedes tomorrow. There are some scratched on the bumper so it's going to need to be repainted.

sorry to see those dents guys. That really sucks. Hope the repairs turn out well. Think I would be beside myself about it if it happened to me.

Josh, sorry to see that. The shop that did your work should be able to heat it up and bring most of the shape back and then use a plastic bumper filler to bring the shape back just like how they molded the bumper extensions.

To OP: I can't see your pics because my employer blocks imageshack. Sorry to hear it happen. Had the same thing happen to me at a Burger King lot on my RDX.

Just sucks.........

That's I hate going to my local Costco because the parking lot is full of inconsiderate drivers (and the cart guys are no better; is should know, I used to work at Costco). I only go in the morning when they open, just to avoid this scenerio.

I called and they said there is no camera footage so I will just turn it in to insurance my self. Guess I should stick to going to Costco at 8pm

I got vandalized about a year ago parked in the furthest reaches of a Walmart parking lot. Video showed a POS pick up pull up alongside, driver gets out and puts his knee into the passenger door. Video resolution was to poor to get a tag number.
