I don't think anyone is in a position to tell you which pulley is best unless they have done some personal side-by-side comparisons.
I opted for the evosport pulley because it was lighter than stock and it also underdrove the accessories. I figure if you are going to install something like this, you might as well maximize the potential for freeing up horsepower and torque. Simon @ evosport was great to work with, the product was delivered fast and the results were fantastic.
Gains:
Power / Torque vs. Highest Same Day Baseline
+10.12 RWHP / +12.19 RWTQ (Peak)
+12.96 RWHP / +15.76 RWTQ @ 4300 RPM
+15.07 RWHP / +12.24 RWTQ @ 6450 RPM

Whatever we're tuning!
You really only have one choice.....Evosport!
Just like superlubricity, who has documentation and dyno sheets for the Evosport pulley, I also can corroborate with documentation and dyno sheet that the Evosport power pulley works. I've also installed close to (2) dozen Evosport 63 power pulley's and more of the Evosport M3/M5/M6 pulley's and have had NO ISSUES!!![bow](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/bowdown.gif)
Kleemann is developing a 63 pulley but it is not ready to be offered to the general public yet.![naughty](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)
As far as the other pulley you referenced............
