PICKED IT UP.......
today! Steel Gray with Black interior. What a haulin son of a gun. All I can say is OMG!!!! While driving it home it was tough to keep it near the speed limit. Found myself around 85 mph most of the time. I never turned on the radio because I just wanted to hear the rumble when I stepped on the gas. Have had many cars in my life but this has got to be the sweetest one yet. Will need to get it washed and polished with Zaino tomorrow with bra scheduled for Saturday. One bad thing. The dealer connected my IPhone to the glove box cable and fried it right in front of us. Now trying to get them to buy me a new IPhone. Anyone have a problem with the IPhone?

Fried IPhone...
When the dealer connected my IPhone up to the cable in the glove box to download my music from it that is when it fried my phone. He said he has never seen this happen before. He connected his IPod up and it was fine. Anyone have this problem. He has called Merc to find out if this has been a problem My IPhone was the first gen. Will see what they do.

I know what you are going thru. I was in the same spot last nite. Driving the demo was fun but driving away in YOUR C 63 is altogether on another level. Enjoy it as I am sure you will as I did today.

Congrats! My 3GS iPhone connects fine, it just doesn't charge. My Ipod works great also. Dealer definately owes you a phone if in fact they fried it. Have you tried restoring your phone?

Yep. Tried it several times, had Apple store and AT&T, both said it is toast. It works fine for about 3 minutes then the screen goes blue vertical lines and that is it. Can reboot but does no good. Don't know if is beacause it is the first gen IPhone but got the 3GS now. Merc dealer is working on it. This never happened before hooking it up to the cable and glad it happened when the dealer plugged it in. Anyway the monster is great. Washed and Zaino'd it this AM and will do that a couple more times. Gotta get some tint though!
