Kleemann or Brabus
Brabus I believe uses CES out of CA for US distribution. They are very good as well, but tend to be expensive. Who else makes a $550,000 C63?
I have found Kleemann to be excellent service wise and Corry who works for them is a member on these boards and is has always been very helpful. They did my K1 flash in a day and sent it to my dealer for installation.
Also look at Vath http://www.vaeth.com/tuning.php - I have attached their brochure for your review. They offer the following for $9,100 USD
Individual fine-tuning of ECU** with Vmax upgrade, including sports
air filter, range manifold system made of VA high-grade steel and
back pressure reducing sports catalytic converters.
- Displacement: 6.208 ccm
- Max. power: 414 kW = 565 PS
- Max. torque: 680 Nm
- Vmax: 315 km/h (depending on tire approval)

I am going to see these guys on Saturday morning: http://www.fitz-racing.com.au/. Engine back exhaust + tune = 325rwkw for 10,500 AUD installed. They have a demo there for me to check out too.... mmmm. Will report back.
However, I think the prices of the Kleeman K1 and K2 tunes are very reasonable! I would go with Kleeman

I ask this as I once paid around £4000 ($6500!!) for a full Hartge exhaust on my previous e92 M3. It created so much extra booming sound and vibration through the car (that actually caused the interior to buzz) that I had to take it off!
