If that is the same part as the ones in W212 (which looks exactly the same) then there should be a divider making the compartment into 2 cup holders.

The divider is a separate part which can be bought at the dealership

Question to those in Europe...Is there an optional divider or something that slides in where the plastic tabs are on the sides on the compartment?
Ok, now I am interested in a black one.

Search by C-Class and look under "console" or search with your part number minus the A. (E.g. 2046802391)

For those who wanted to order these from Europe, it looks like you can get them from this site as well and $20.00 cheaper than I can get them from MBZ here. https://www.getmercedesparts.com/par...layCatalogid=0 If this meets your needs, then let me know so I don't order you one from Europe. It is part 10 on the attached.

All, the update is as follows - the console has arrived at MBZ Prague and is going to be installed on my car next week. At this time I will take pics of console as stand alone and as installed so that everyone can see fitment and look of unit. I am doing this for very specific reason. I don't want to deal with any issues after members get their console about fitment, not been what they want etc. As I said to several people in PMs I am not doing this to make any $ at all, but simply to assist some fellow members on upgrading the looks of their cars with what they want. I am in no way a seller/distributor/merchant of any sort and so do not want to deal with any post-sale hassles. I do not mean to insinuate anything here but I just want everyone to be happy and that this goes off well for all.

Once I have posted pics and people are happy with the console etc, then I will confirm the orders people want to place and do so. My MBZ guy is looking into setting up these sales without EU VAT been applied as the consoles for the most part would be shipped outside of the EU. Then members can place orders through me or directly with MBZ Prague and we can go from there.

So far members I have down for a unit are as follows:

mrc63jg - you in? What color?
bhamg - black and Euro spec sunvisors (will PM you price when I get it from him)
superlubricity - black
Brian GT Pro - black
Tyler1012 - black
cbcharlie - black
chubbs032- black and price on visors
dsr123 - black

I will need ship to address for members and you can send me PM with this info once you confirm you order. I will work the logistics on shipping with MBZ when the orders come in.

So that is where we stand. Sorry for the delay in update here but I have day-job which consumes most of my available time and which I need to continue to finance the "beast" - will update early next week with photos and we can go from there.

Thanks,
D

Quote: cbcharlie - under the sliding lid there is a single cup holder at the front of the compartment. The depth is not that deep in comparison to the US holders, maybe quarter inch or so deep. Let me put it this way..if you have a Big Gulp and punch the car you are at risk of spillage IMHO.
Big Gulp reminds me of The Weather Man. Excellent movie!

That looks EXACTELY like my console. Seems like a nice product!

So is this for the Leather version? I thought the point of this was to upgrade to the nice, stitched leather armrest from the New E-Class. This price sounds too low for the leather armrest.

For those of you who were interested in sunvisors, they are $131.00 each.

AkaSigFreak - As I posted, I am bringing in unit as test and will take pics for members to see so they know exactly what they are getting. .
