My Satin Black P31
Last week I decided to try and vinyl wrap a full car by myself. It's relatively easy but very time consuming. Here's the finished product. Better pics to come...

i have done the chrome part, take took me 6 hours in total, specially when wrapping the three point star.
got couple of questions for you,
did you took off the badges before your wrap it?
did your got your vinyl special ordered for size? as far as i aware, normally vinyl comes in xx long but width is only 48cm, for the bonnet it is not enough. how do you tackle to issue if the vinyl is not big enough? additional vinyle can easily been seen under direct sunlight. i guess using heat guy/hair drier to strech a little bit is ok, is that what you did?

Ya it does look more satin than flat. The more common stuff is 3M and most people do flat matte. That's why I chose the Oracal "matte 070 black", it looks more like the brabus bullit.
As for doing another car... not likely lol. My hands were raw, but i liked using them instead of squeegees since I got to feel out the curves.

More pics
Thanks for all the kind words! Honestly as far as DIY the hardest part is having the patience to do it and the front bumper. There are 3 places on the bumper that arent perfect but that doesn't bother me since I will redo it in a year or so as rocks scuff it.
Here are a few more pics. And yes for those who notice my mirrors and side skirts aren't wrapped yet. Thats for later this week
