What am I really giving up without prem?
I found a very low mileage c63, without premium, but has the p30 performance. Ivcould get a good deal on it.
Would I be giving up much by giving up premium?

I would, without a doubt. Navi is a dealbreaker for me. I use it every single day I drive the car and its MUCH easier than having some piece of junk on the windshield I pull out of the glovebox, or playing on my phone. No navi no thanks.
As for the other stuff...no I wouldnt miss it at all - 09's dont have parktronic or kelyless, dont know what lingtronics is. Never use the shade and while the system sounds awesome, Im sure the non HK is just fine. Maybe I would miss the bass sometimes, the system does really sound good.

Since you have a C300 now, do you miss not having those options? I'm guessing you don't have any of them currently.
I wouldn't own an AMG without those options personally, but if you can steal the car perhaps it's worth it to you.

I guess, when the price tag is this high, what is a couple of 1000 more for the full package?
I think I answered my own question. I will walk away from this deal, and look for my Premium and P30 package.
The p31 package is not worth it for me, cause I would still need to add another $2400 for the LSD.
There is a sweet deal on a RED one in BC, with everything I want, and cheap with only 355 km!! But it is RED. I really like the white!

Good that you walked away because as most people your only gonna be buying the car once why not pay a few thousand more for some extra features especially the navi/hdd and hk sound system...plus if you ever decide to sell the car in the future you'll have a harder time selling it since it doesnt have the "creature comforts" that most c63s have
Im not a huge fan of red cars either but once you look at Avengerboaters it'll change your mind

No doubt, the red is very hot!!! Just don't think I can do it. There is another one available in Obsidian Black.... And found another in white, but that is post 2009 production, so it has apx and lsd and cf. So an extra 6700 in options!!

Navi isn't just nice, it's the 7" pop-up screen that makes the deal. Other C's have the Nav in the smaller screen...that thing is hideous to me.
I'd be more worried about the Prem package, and not as much about performance package, but that's just me. Having those features makes it an amazing car...without, people will like your "average looking C-Class that's fast".

Anyhow, I'd go for the one with premium package. I especially like the Harmon/Kardon sound system
