Suggestions that might help with cold start
:- Start the car with the garage door closed.
- Stuff huge sponges in each exhaust tip to muffle the sound at startup.
- Simply never shut the car off.

Will see how it goes. I guess payback is in order for their barking dog and for them running lawnmower early in the am on the weekends. Payback is a ***** isn't it!

That episode was what drove us to start making our own headers.
