Painting the wheels

I am thinking about blackout my stock wheels. Did anyone do that before? I searched but couldn’t find any pictures. Btw, anyone has idea about the price of painting job. Thanks!

2013 Chevy 427 Torch Red
I actually have had them painted twice. The first attempt looked good but the paint started flaking within a short time:



They were redone at a different shop with the faces painted gloss black, the barrels are a satin black( hides the dust inside the wheel and then the "time attack" red trim was painted. This job cost $250 per wheel but there has been no issues with the paint. This company uses multiple layers of clear coat to protect the base.

first of all.. Nice ride.......I really like blackout badges and tinted lights
