C63 ebay listings have doubled in past month...

Before I purchased my CPO 63 in June there were consistently 10-12 C63 listings on ebay. Today, 23. Many, many low mileage cars out there for sale. With the incentives being offered by MB on new ones, there are probably some steals to be had on '09's and even '08's.

Anyone know anything about the '09 on ebay for the past two months with what the history report says is a grey market title?

This guy keeps dropping his price instead of clearing up the title issue. He says it was a Euro Delivery through his local dealer, which should not result in a grey market title.

What I like!
A guess, and only a guess.... but since the car was registered in Oregon, I'll bet the owner did that to avoid paying California sales tax. He may have done ED and had it delivered in Oregon. Somehow his desire to avoid CA sales/use tax ended up screwing up the title process.

It looks like a US car for sure, with the front sidemarker ambers.

Now why are you looking for C63s on Ebay?

You can sell an 09 with 10K right now private for about 50K. A dealer will give you 47-48K on trade.

Not sure where the cut off is on mileage and the price falls. maybe 15K.

I think you are probably right on the mark.

My dealer couldn't pull the trigger on what I wanted to get myself into a 2010. He said August will bring more trunk money. Im waiting.

Sadly The C63 is going to tank just as fast as every other $50-60K AMG c-class. I think the magic date for the savvy shopper is 1.5 years from now. Low price, low miles, amazing car.....

I tried to trade my white '09 in the other day on a 2010 Mars Red but the dealer wouldn't bite. Worth a try. He said only $5K from MB.

ONLY better, the car doesn't talk back to you!!

I think that all of us are on the prowl for a new ride. I think Mike is right about the values tanking as well, once the 5.5 TT hits, the 63 values will really drop!!

C63 is a keeper! But I'm always thinking about something on the side.... in fact, I asked my spouse last night (while looking at car ****) "When are you going out of town again?" ..... I can't do stupid things (like run down to the dealership) if I'm under surveilance

Damn, a lot of those C63 are low mile one owners for $46-$55K

This one is loaded for $49.

Not bad.

I saw that one, something is not right there.

No touching grey, well until his "title issue" is cleared up fully. That automatically rules out.

I'm skeptical of the corner lot cars. They're usually there for a reason. And, no CPO.
