I located a black on black loaded 2009 C63 w/ Carbon Fiber trim and P31 with only 10k miles. What do you guys consider is a great price and fair price?

Another question - As some of you may remember I had a S7 C55 and a K3 E55... will this C55 P31 be underpowered in comparison?

50-52k MAX. There is no p31 for 09's just p30.
Now u can get brand new 2010 C63 for 10-12k off msrp with rebates mercedes offering. Why waste the money in used.

The white 09 in Austin, TX with 2K miles was $57K before the trunk money became available. I can only assume it is less now. And that car has the right options, seems very nice, and those guys seem legit. I almost bought it, but found new P31 for $65K (after trunk money and USAA discount). Or if Austin is too far, at least use it as a stalking horse to help get he right deal locally. My $0.02.

My sales guy checked and there are only about 8 new P31 cars in the country, at least that's what his system is reporting. And those cars might not be discounted near as much either...I think the discounts are going to be very dealer dependent.

I'd pay up to $54K for that car if it's CPO. They're few and far between right now.

Unfortunately it's not CPO. It's at a local luxury high line dealer. They are asking 61k I offered them 52k firm... doesn't look like they are going to take the deal.

I would go as high as $54K if it's the car you want and it's mint. The trunk money everyone talks about isn't going to get you the car with the options you're looking for in the color you want at the price you want. You may regret letting it go for the sake of a grand or two. JMHO. And the ad says $59,xxx.

Yeap you're right - the window sticker says:
030 AMG Performance Package: AMG Limited Slip Diff, AMG Compound Braking System, AMG Track-Calibrated Suspension, AMG Leather/Alcantara Performance Steering Wheel, Top Speed 174

... so this means it doesn't have the 481HP, just the top speed increased?

Yep. It means it rides worse and doesn't really do anything else better, unless you plan on going over 150mph often.
