How much should I pay 09 C63 fully loaded w/ CF trim and P31

How much should I pay 09 C63 fully loaded w/ CF trim and P31
I located a black on black loaded 2009 C63 w/ Carbon Fiber trim and P31 with only 10k miles. What do you guys consider is a great price and fair price?
Another question - As some of you may remember I had a S7 C55 and a K3 E55... will this C55 P31 be underpowered in comparison?

The white 09 in Austin, TX with 2K miles was $57K before the trunk money became available. I can only assume it is less now. And that car has the right options, seems very nice, and those guys seem legit. I almost bought it, but found new P31 for $65K (after trunk money and USAA discount). Or if Austin is too far, at least use it as a stalking horse to help get he right deal locally. My $0.02.

My sales guy checked and there are only about 8 new P31 cars in the country, at least that's what his system is reporting. And those cars might not be discounted near as much either...I think the discounts are going to be very dealer dependent.

I would go as high as $54K if it's the car you want and it's mint. The trunk money everyone talks about isn't going to get you the car with the options you're looking for in the color you want at the price you want. You may regret letting it go for the sake of a grand or two. JMHO. And the ad says $59,xxx.
