More info to consider, the tune only 11.9@116 sec pass from Petro (again props!) was in -1800' DA IIRC. Raleigh's tune only 11.6@120+ (apparently he ran 4-5 back to back 11.6-11.7s@120+) was in -200' DA air. Correcting them both to the same altitude shows a .5 and 5mph difference in the 1/4.

Well my statements have been I'm hoping for 10s and prob. Won't get them... But also I've have other non performance oriented products helping.. Hood trunk.. And I'm trying to drop some weight other places.. But that's me.. And I would like to say I've been resurching and working my *** off to put some things together to get there.. I did not get a tune.. And then call out the quickest fastest tune only car out there. And you guys can't even buy your own dr's.. I drop $540.00 on them for every track event like I said this is my 5th.

The 11.947 run was in -1100 DA as per dragtimes
The 11.85 run was in -194 DA as per dragtimes.

Trust me bro.... once you start going regularly (especially with a large group of people), you'll get addicted. There's just this extra enjoyment you get of driving an AMG on the track - after all that's one of the reasons why we buy the AMG version over the regular Mercedes.

I dont think its too unrealistic to say me and whoever else is tune only they are going after the 11.6 on DR's. Do you have a problem with anyone saying that? If not, then let people have their goals and we will let you have yours. No one beat you up when you said you were shooting for 10's on a tune and headers. Why not let us tune only guys chase that 11.6 without your commentary or the wind at our backs and unrealistic goals??

Context is everything. I dont think I need to post all your words for you to get it. You ramped up to it with the blah blah I spent all this money and time and blah blah I didnt just go run and get a tune and call out the fastest time on the forum and that ding was your icing on the cake because we asked to borrow your DR's if we didnt have ours in time. Yes, most likely we will because I hate the Fing forums. So much lost in text only. Ill be at captree if you want to come down this Sunday. Jon and a few others will be around as well. We get there at about 8:30-9:00.
All jokes aside, I hope Jon can get it done as well, but really I only hope for a safe event for everyone. If he gets it done ill be happy. If he doesnt ill be chasing next im sure. Good luck to you as well.

+1.... there is no need for deletion. Except for a couple of words here and there, I think this thread presented a few interesting ideas from so many different sides. I personally found it interesting and informative.
