Just had my C63 tuned at Gintani (OE Tuning)

Track speeds at Sacramento have been a little controversial around here. You can probably read more about it in the W211 section across a few threads. Basically, since the big accident at Sacramento a couple of years ago, they apparently had to re-set their measuring equipment for the trap speeds and it is said that they've set the beams closer together than they "should" be, which as a result, ends up reading 2 to 3 mph higher than they should. This has been verified by different members cars and by VBox data. However, NHRA still runs big events there and they don't seem to have a problem with it, so hey.... we won't mind the extra boost either

This thread has turned into C63 general discussion. I forget what the OP's post was about...

Not a knock on anyone just something else for us all to consider as we prepare for fall MADNESS!

Speaking of numbers, I had my car dyno tuned at Gintani this afternoon. I will have the numbers posted soon. I thought the car was fast before but now...HOOLLYYY S********T!!!!!
j/k

Looking forward to your results!
of the tune, we are all trying for the same thing, to advance
the 63 platform.
Also, keep in mind the track can be a heartbreaker. Every
car I've ever owned always felt faster on the street but
the track was a different story.
