I like it far more than the factory MB star... It is made from aluminum, is 56mm in diameter and is concave like the factory badge. I know they are for wheel center caps but I think it works equally as well as a hood badge. It was very easy removing the factory badge, prepping the surface and applying the new badge.

Best part is I paid .99 cents for four of them and $4. in freight from China! I couldn't go wrong!

Here's the link...

What do you think? These pics are the best I could do with my camera phone at night.

I've seen people walking past the car just stop and stare at the grille. It really made a vast improvement in the front end of the car especially combined with the CF front splitter.

Nice job on the emblems... looks much better than stock!! Ditto on the grill? BTW, i can see you have a gap in your front lip on the passenger side... I have the same gap but on the driver side.

I think that's just a crappy camera phone pic with a shadow. I was very careful in installing the front lip and used pop rivets to fasten it very tightly against the front clip. See the pic below. I highly recommend using aluminum pop rivets to secure the front lip. It really draws the CF lip tight against the front clip. The hardware (self tapping screws) the manufacturer supplied was horrible.

Wait, so this is just a sticker? Do you just stick on the original emblem?

I've said it before - your car looks amazing. The Palladium Silver w/ CF combo is great. The badge looks good, too

It's not a vinyl sticker, if that's what you're implying. It is a thin concave aluminum badge with a peel & stick adhesive on the back. You remove the original emblem, clean & prep the surface and apply this one in its place.

Wow, I love that grille! Whereabouts in Houston are you? I've seen very few C63's here and they've been either white or black.

I float between the Galleria area and Beltway 8. Usually on Westpark tollway as that is one of the few roads to properly "exercise" my car...! There are so many damn cars in Houston now, I hardly see many cool cars anymore myself. The roads in Houston today seem plugged with just Camry types and trucks... My only periodic salvation was to visit a Cars & Coffee event to actually realize how many great cars are here.

Thanks everyone for the all the props on the 63! I'll keep the pics coming as the car continues to evolve...

Those are from the same manufacturer that made mine and they should work perfectly as well.

Very nice. I did something similar with a 57mm emblem.
