KLEEMANN/SuperSprint
For a limited time, KLEEMANN USA will be offering SuperSprint long-tube headers for C63 applications. We will be offering two different packages:
Long-tube headers with a short down pipe: $3795.00- factory gaskets and hardware included, FREE Ground shipping within the USA. The short down pipe is designed to omit the primary cat and the connection to the OE exhaust system will be similar to the short KLEEMANN header, but it will use a stainless band-clamp, rather than welding for an easy installation. This system will require cutting the OE down pipe at the outlet of the primary catalyst.
Long-tube headers with secondary cat-delete mid-pipes: $5000.00- factory gaskets and hardware included, FREE ground shipping within the USA. Similar to the MHP cat delete mid pipes, these are true bolt-in, no welding or cutting required. Designed to work with the factory exhaust joints for a true bolt-in system.
Power gains (on top of our standard K1 ECU tune): 35 wheel HP for the "short" down pipe system, 40 wheel HP for the catless mid-pipe system.
ECU tuning: If you already have a K1 ECU tune, an update for the headers will be free of charge- just pay return shipping. For those who still have a 100% stock car, we will offer a package deal for the headers and ECU tune- normal price for the ECU tune is $1495.00, but from now until the end of March, 2011, we will drop the price of the ECU tune to $995.00 when purchased with either of the long-tube header packages. The ECU/Header package deal is only valid when purchased directly through KLEEMANN USA HQ in Colorado.
All components are polished 304 stainless steel. The Headers carry a 3-year/unlimited mileage, non-transferrable warranty from the date of purchase.
We are currently taking Pre-Orders- Delivery time begins in 2-3 weeks. $500.00 deposit to secure your order.

Cory, do you know if Supersprint or Kleemann are planning to create a long-tube exhaust system for the E63 or at least try to adapt the current one to the W211 platform?

That I do not know. I'll check with SS and see if they have any info. As far as KLEEMANN- I don't think we'll see long-tubes as we haven't had much demand for W211 E63 headers.

What are your findings in WHP/TQ difference with these headers (with secondary cats) and K2 manifolds/cats? Also, what is the word on passing emissions with LTs (like these Supersprint) with secondary cats intact via OBDII (I know visual will fail)?

The Long Tubes are making about 25-30 more HP than the KLEEMANN log manifolds- TQ difference is about the same.
Passing the OBDII emission test will be no problem, as long as you make it past visual. IM240 tests are a different story.
