anyone know of any, looking new or used....

there is an 2011 c63 p31 at beverly hills mercedes...stickers at 80...they said they would only give a few grand off....how much should I be able to get off this car?

I prefer used but didnt see any....

There was was a red one for sale right after Christmas on Ebay. If you can wait a bit, one will pop up, not sure how fast you want it in the drive way. What color in the one at BH?

Wait I think it is.. Maybe not. Just has the high top speed, and LSD... I dont see the brakes on it though.

They've been trying to sell it for a year and no one bought it LOL. There price is

480Hp with factory warranty, Forged internals.

still want to know why there still is no tune for a p31, I forgot which member has a p31 and got a tune but only gained about 5hp?

I was talking to MHP about it and they said they have tuned them and end up with the same amount of hp as the reg c63 after tune.
I.E. - 450+95=545 / 480+65=545

The one in BH is black which I prefer most. debating between the C63 and CTS-V

Like the black...thank you...too bad the blue one isnt a different color, and I know I would mess up a car with white interior

It sure is. I think if someone is serious abt it they can knockoff atleast 3-4 grand.

Wait there is no tune for the p31 cars? So are all the guys with tunes voiding your factory warranty's? I guess that makes since but dam that sucks. So you two options are get the p31 with 450hp but you cant tune it once the warranty runs out or get a normal one and tune it and loose the warranty? Man, thats a hard choice. Is there know way to remove the tune while its at the dealer? I know the Audi guys get away with this.

The CTS-V is moving in the right direction with every new model but its still not there yet in build quality vs the MB. Maybe the next gen? But not the current car. The interior pieces still creak and rattle and a tuned C63 is still faster.

The P31 tune is stated as having 481hp, but there are members that have shown that this is a highly underrated number. It's not so much that you can't tune a P31 car, but that the factory has given back most of what they originally took away from the C63.

So they just understate it to maintain the gap between the C and the E63 on paper? I guess that would make since.

I test drove one...I liked it very much and think the interior is quite a bit nicer, im dissapointed with the C63 dash (so much plastic)...but I never heard any squeak or rattles in the CTS-V but am worried about what will happen over time. They both have their ups and downs. I trust the BENZ much more, know they are solid...Ive always hated american cars but the CTS V could be the first in the right direction as you said.

look at the recent posts. There was someone who ordered one and the car is coming in soon.
I think it all comes down to the deal you can get and if you have specific preferences with ext/int colors.
If you are concerned about warranty and tuning it will not make you sleep at night, then the P31 is the choice. Otherwise, feel an 09 with P30 package and a tune could be a better bargain especially if CPO.

I see, I know p30 came before the p31 and that the p30 doesn't have the power upgrade but does it have the brake upgrade and LSD ?

Also I read on hear something about the 09 model and the ipod does work well or the interface doesn't?

Totally agree about the dash in the current C63, looks like the new dash headed our way this year will be built with much more high grade materiel's.



I believe the red C63 I posted above is P30 and has the LSD and high top speed but does not have the brakes.
