I'm gonna be in Vegas that following weekend on my way home with the car...always gotta make a stop in sin city, maybe we can meet up. I'm gonna have the BS in a trailer along with my new Ford Raptor, I'm looking to do some high speed desert runs in the Raptor, do you know any good off-road spots around the outskirts of Vegas?

The way I understood it is its done in-house.
As for running one of the SC'ed M's, set it up and I will do it. I'm supposed pick up the car March 11th or 12th and I'm most likely going to be in OC and LA that entire following week. I'm looking to do a drag track rental to get it out and tested right away, Id prefer to run them at the track but I'll do it down PCH just as easily. In addition to the drag strip I will be running the car at Willow Springs, that should show what this things got, a drag strip does not put much stress on a motor, 11 seconds of hell and then the car gets to rest, now image 20 minutes of hell with higher speeds, higher temps and literally hundreds of up and down shifts, if the SC, my motor and trans holds up after an afternoon at Willow if will work for the street and strip with no worries whatsoever.

How are the torque numbers compared to the LT/TUNE/AIRBOX combo's. Its always horsepower but we all know it takes torque to move these things, just curious.

Quite the opposite actually, I have not answered anything, I even stated in a post that's its not my place to comment, all I did was repond to another member when he commented that he wa sure JRCART did his homework, all I did was agree and explain my thought and action process before deciding to move foward with the SC on my car.

I guess the bottom line is:
"IS IT SAFE?"
For those who can pay to play, if trans and cooling all work out and handle it, warranty is the last thing on your mind (also air/fuel engine mixture). You will be dealing with repairs or issues of epic proportions if it comes down to it, or you will have one unique badass beast.

Good Move Jimmy, I'd love to see the beast when she is done!!
I will say this, Weistec seems to be getting a LOT HP/TQ more out of their SC than Kleemann did on the C55??

Not to take anything away from Weistec, they developed a twin screw for Pete's sake. But, you're comparing different motors and I don't know what kind of blower Kleeman produced for the C55, but it would also need to be a twin screw to be compared.

Well, jrcart should've already had his car for a few days now:
Maybe he hasn't had a chance to share his impressions yet? Or, maybe something hasn't gone according to plan? Dunno.

this blower is great and all but I will love to see all the c63 owners and other guys with 63s start posting threads about blown transmissions a month or less after installation
the 7 speed transmission is very weak and not meant to handle all that power and increadsed torque. Please tell me Wisetec accounted for this or there will be some very unpleasent owners. also the higher compression 63 engine is not strong enough internally compared to the SC 55 amg engine to handle any kinds of boost.
btw a supercharger in a 63 black series what a stupid move
