I think that the problem with the transmission may occur if we press the pedal full throttle when the car is stoped and apply the nitro, or if we're heating up the tires and apply second gear, of course, this is more feasible in the track, because the car has all the adherence to the track and this results in a greater effort to all parts of the transmission, especially at the time of the start, I personally applied the nitro in second gear after the launch.

FALSE....my car was making 620rwhp on spray, two years and probably 100 nitrous passes at the strip with slicks and the transmission and rear-end is holding up just fine. I'm having a SC installed right now that will bump the rwhp and torque even higher (disconnected nitrous). I also used the nitrous on road courses and occasionally on the street as well, 620-650rwhp is well within the tolerances of these transmissions. My SC might begin to toy with the breaking point of this tranny. I'm running my original factory installed trans, torque converter and clutch packs with nearly 8000 very hard miles on them.

You will have no worries with your trans, and the motor can handle it as long as everything is installed correctly, make sure you monitor your A/F ratios. You can spray right oout of the box without hurting your trans. I get an anual compression test and my engines compression is still within factory new specs, they motors are solid. Your biggest issue is going to be finding traction, but then again the C63 is a better chassis package for drag racing than my Black Series is. Good luck, keep us posted, you should be able to go sub 10.5 if you can hook with a 1.7 or better 60ft.
