Special Props to ACG-San Diego and HRE..
As I posted earlier, I ordered some HREs through ACG San Diego in April and although there has been a slight delay in the delivery of the wheels, I want to sound off on how professional James/Peter have been, and not to mention the entire crew of people at HRE I have spoken with (both currently and in the past).
I am writing this because I know it is a little more salacious and juicy to read about when shops do their customers "dirty" or when manufacturers promise and dont deliver and people feel that they have been getting the run around. Well this has not been one of those situations, and I feel it is just as important to let people know about those businesses where customer service is a top priority.
I couldn't ask for a better group of guys to be dealing with down here, and I mean that in regards to James/Peter as well as their fantastic techs, Assan and Steve. And as far as HRE, not only do they make great wheels, but their employees truly care about the end-customer getting their wheels and that makes it refreshing to deal with an entity that truly values their reputation.
My wheels should be arriving today, but in the midst of how we often talk about what's wrong with some of the things in this industry, I felt it was imperative to also highlight what's also right with it.
