Does powder coating the calipers add weight to the car?

I see your concern since it's unsprung weight ......... you could use titanium lug bolts to off set the difference

Can this be done in 1day?
Is it something that can be done that I won't have to leave the car there over night. (only have 1 car)

No, most definitely not. I have to send the calipers out to get painted because I don't do any paintwork at the shop so I am at the mercy of the body shop. Maybe there's a body shop close to you that is good and can get it turned around for you.

I thought you said you were buying a Vespa because all the Staten Island girls think that's cool. You needed something Italian but you couldn't afford the Ferrari.

guys, since we are off the topic a little bit.

once we paint the calipers, there are no ways to go back to original isn't it. i am a little concern this what if want to sell the car in the future and buyer doesn't like the color of the brakes?

You have to sand down the calipers before painting so there is no turning back after that.
The only way to get them back in stock form is to paint match the original color of the caliper.
