I'm using the Cover Craft Evolution cover and I'm very happy with it. Its heavy duty that blocks out sun, dust, rain, tree sap, bird crap, etc. Highly recommended for what your looking for.

The Coverking covers are nice ones that most people use on the Ferrari's you can get them at www.ricambiamerica.com - they do Ferrari parts but if you call them they will get you any cover you want.

I'm curious.. I know it is sacrilage.. but uhh.. my garage is converted into a woodworking area (lots of power tools and table power tools with spinny blades of death.. or at least that is what my wife calls em). So my car parks outside. I detail it regularly so I am not worried about tree sap and bird crap etc..
However, come winter, I want to put a car cover over it, not so much to protect it, as much as to make clearing the snow off it easier, and protect the car itself when I have to use a broom to clear off a foot+ of snow. How do they hold up to the weight of the snow when you try to pull it off the car.. will it rip.. so many questions....

I have the covercraft one as well. It's a very snug fit, almost too snug. It now will not cover my car with the Akrym front lip and MCD rear lip spoiler.
The OEM Subaru cover fits fine over my STI with aftermarket lip and wing with room to spare.

so i ordered this thing, and got it a week ago. i had my guy clean my car and then immediately covered it. pulled the cover off this morning after some rain last night and the entire car was soaked. there literally wasnt a single panel that wasnt under water.Originally Posted by _AMG_

There is absolutely nothing you can do about that if you live in humid climates. It is the humidity that gets in. You would have to make it airtight and remove all the air from within to prevent this from happening.
It is basically just moisture from the air, so there should not be too much of an issue with contaminants messing with the pain job, just wipe it down.

If you have the room, Use the premium cover underneath and a cheap oversize eBay cover or blue tarp over it. Dispose of over cover periodically.Originally Posted by propain

this crossed my mind when i first saw it but then i just couldnt believe that the amount of water was condensation only. other rain storms had seen the water bead on the outside of the cover, but then this morning there were no beads.... it looked completely waterlogged. id imagine that your theory is correct and it literally soaked it from within and the outside. so i guess i feel better reading your post about the quality of the cover, but im not sure im comfortable with that miuch water sitting there every time it gets a little humid, AND THEN having to remove the thing, SOAKED, to wipe it down and then let it dry before i put it back on. what a pia.
i guess i either need to....
a. buy a house with more garage space
b. move to arizona
i'll run it by my wife this evening :/
