Black Grille?

I did some ghetto mark up using electrical tap to see how I like it, please help me decide.

I did option 2 on my car... love the chrome surroundings to match my fogs housing. But if your fogs are blacked out, then do option 1.

how does doing this hold up with road chips? I wander if it would look like crap after a few months. I like to hear from people who have done this....

I had to resand and have it resprayed after last winter. So far so good but winters are tough around here with the huge amounts of salt and sand they put on the roads.

All black and use some decent 3M autobody wrap tape. Do the window trim also.

Vinyl is much better for the front than paint because vinyl is softer. No rock chips after 2 years - still holding strong.

Just black out the whole grill.
