Anyone willing to take a second and post a picture of a de-badged rear end?

Have always done it with my other cars as I believe that it cleaned up the lines on the rear, but this time I'm proud of what I drive (not in a conceited sense) and don't know what to do...

I know this is a newb question but this time I really need to hear others' thoughts.

 

Looks much better IMHO.

Every time I remember the dealership asking me 200 dollars to remove them, I start laughing.

i think it makes it look alot more like a regular c class when u debadge it, id leave em on

I really liked my debadged but no one knew what it was. I put them back on and am happier.

BTW, the C63 is the best car in the MB lineup...I can't say enough how much I like it!

 

Interesting...what do they teach? Curious if it's business, law, etc...

Although I'm no longer there I still have a great affinity for the school!

They are teaching architecture in graduate school. They also teach at U of Miami for more than 20 years.

Thanks. I kind of regret selling it. But the offer was too good to reject.

I obviously didn't pay them. I told them they can either f... themselves or get a blow dryer and take them of in 30 seconds. 5 minutes later the manager called me and said they will do it for free.

 

I did exactly the same as you Jeff. I de badged it as I thought there was to much chrome on rear, I then put them back on and blacked out the chrome strip. By the way your car looks great.

When I pulled my badges on my C55 I put 190D badges on for awhile just for fun. I think I'll pull the C63 rear badges (leave the 6.3 on the side). I like the stealth look and the occational street race won by bushwhack (BMW and Porsche seem to be the most often fooled by this deception) .
