Modification Help!
I am based in Melbourne and I believe my options are as follows:
1) Brabus Tune from Sharp Performance in South Melbourne - Expensive
2) Evolve - Technik Tune aka Fitzgerald Racing - Seems very professional and reasonably priced
3) Kleemann via Peter Lennox in Thomastown - I called and they advised that there yet to work on a C63
4) Powerchip Australia - Bad reviews online?????
If anyone has had any experiences with the above or could recommend someone else it would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Renntech being at the very very top of that list as the guy who started it used to work for AMG.

PS, you might want to read the engine replacement thread before you go down this road too. Make a educated decision.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I think I may go with Fitzgerald Racing they seem very professional and are only geared up for race cars...
I let you know the outcome!
After speaking to them they actual email your program to a tuner overseas who will email back another program the next day to be flashed into your ecu.
Its supposably someone that also does work for Kleemann.
They are larger enough to have confidence in them.
I looked up Powerchip in South Melbourne and did a driveby and it's just a small front with no substance. At least these guys live racing.
Doing a Sandown Corporate Race Day before the tune and ill book one in for after the tune as well.
Here is the pricing as discussed today on our C63 options:
C63 AMG –Stage2
Price includes GST and Labour
As you can see there is an increase of 53kw and 60Nm. The tune is also ECO-optimised, which means in average day to day driving the customer should see an improvement in the vehicles fuel economy.
We also offer a 5 year guarantee on all our software covering you against software failure or accidentally being re-flashed by your dealer inadvertently. This can occur during any normal dealer update which can happen from time to time. It is a rare occurrence but in the event that this should happen if you bring your car back to us we will re-tune your car FOC with the exception of a small labour charge.
With regards to process, we require the vehicle overnight so we can read the current data in the vehicle which is sent overseas to our tuner in Germany. We then receive the modified tune file overnight to upload into your vehicles ECU which takes between 1-2 hours depending on the vehicle.
Alternatively if you don’t mind waiting in our lounge whilst we read the data you can take your car for the night and bring it back first thing the next morning.
We have a ‘Drive before you Buy’ policy also whereby we ask all our customers to take the vehicle for a test drive prior to payment. If the customer is unsatisfied we return the vehicle to stock and the customer leaves free of charge.
As for the exhaust we recommend the Innotech System which has valved rear mufflers which allows you to change the exhaust note at a touch of a button.
C63 full system including headers, front pipe, X pipe & valvtronic mufflers
This price includes GST, Ex labour (Labour estimated around 20 hours for any system)
Here is Innotechs video which can be also found on their website which gives you a good idea of what sort of volume difference the valves make. Please note the systems we bring into Australia have additional resonators to keep within noise pollution regulations. I have also included some images of the system and tip options.

In addition to the above we also offer the following:
GruppeM Intake kit Ram Air System
I already get in trouble for waking the kids coming home so not sure on making it louder.
May do the GruppeM Intake Kit ?
I am about to order the following wheels : Brabus Monoblock F - Liquid Titanium cross-spoke ( http://www.brabus.com/en/raster.php?...49&modell=3644 ) . They now come in a 19".
I have always wanted a Brabus but I can't see the value in what there charging compared to everyone else?
Wrong thread, but I have been researching tyres and there so much cheaper in the US? Has anyone ordered online and had them shipped across?
I know there are a few Pirelli Imports from the US and Pirelli Aus is price matching if you tell them you can get them cheaper.
Here is the price and the improvement, Please give me some advises, i'm really concern if these shops are experienced to tune the vehicle.
1, BPS 336-377kw 600-688Nm $1,695AUD
2, PowerChips 336-393kw 600-684Nm $2,490AUD
3, DMS 336-366kw 600-660Nm $3,200AUD
I'm really confusing which one should i trust.
Should i just send it to USA for tune ?
