MHP LT Headers with Cat-Delete.... Inspection ???
Wanted to know if the LT Header and cat delete set from MHP will cause me issue with Inspection down the road. I live in NC.

Oh..definately! They will get you either by noise or by pollution or for both unless you don't have emission testing in your location. You can always put it back to stock and back to LT catless as needed.

Honestly, most of the replies in this thread have no idea about your specific situation (mine included). Each state is different.
If North Carolina's safety and emissions inspection is like Pennsylvania, it's a few spot checks for safety items - tire wear, brake wear, exhaust leaks, quick road test, etc., and an OBDii emissions check.
Some tunes "force" the OBDii readiness monitors to never set... so you can never pass inspection. This is sometimes even the case for cars that have the full, factory exhaust (with factory cats) in place - which has been a confusing/frustrating experience for affected individuals.
Other tunes adjust the O2 sensors somehow, so even a catless exhaust passes the OBDii emissions check.
Typically, any sort of CEL is an automatic fail, until fixed. But if your tune is configured properly, you will not get a CEL, and still have your OBDii readiness monitors functioning for the emissions check, and can pass even though you have a catless exhaust. From what I hear. YMMV, of course.

Yeah NC is pretty stick where I live. I know it will pass since there are no CELs but It will not pass emissions or the visual inspection

OP, if you are worried about smog inspections, just run your stock cats, or if there is a kit for high flow cats, that would also work.
I currently have a catless car, and sometimes I get choked up in my cabin while I drive because it smells pretty bad - especially when you get on the gas and come to a red light, it's the worst.
