Common Problems with the C63 AMG

Just got mine after it spent 4 days at the dealer to fix the rattle noises and so far so good. Will post if it comes back but the dealer did a great job, the mechanics basically unmounted the whole cluster, added grease and fabric to isolate the contact points. We will see how it goes!

The more you read about rattles, the more you'll notice it. Never noticed a rattle in my car till I read this thread. Thanks guys -___-

MB did a poor job with fit and finish with the interior. I've had rattles since day 1 with my 2012 C63 coupe with P31, had the dealer work on it 3 separate times and they claimed to resolve the issue and the noise came back the next day. Their excuse was that it has a hard suspension. If I pushed it further I would have a master mercedes tech work on it but I'm sure tearing apart the dash and rear brake light area will only create more rattles.
The main issues are the navigation screen area and the right rear speaker/3rd brake light area. It has annoyed me for months but I've tried to tune it out. As far as I know no fix is avail for these two problems only putting felt tape around the contact points.

Let everyone know i just came back from the AMG ACADEMY and theres going to be an update to are ecu for the LIMP MODE and over heating everyones having on the track!!! if u go on private lounge they talk about it

I get a lot of rattling from my rear sun shade. When it is in use, the noise is gone, when it folds away, it starts rattling. I hate that thing.

p*ssy juice stains on the passenger seat, whenever a girl sits in the car for the first few times, prolly from not being used to the torque
after a few times, it seems to stop being a problem as habituation occurs

Rough idle when I first got the car. Took her in a few days later, they checked and said that I must add fuel additive to the tank. Keep in mind that we run 95RON here and all other cars seem to run fine. My E60 M5 ran fine with this fuel.
Anyways, additive didn't solve the issue.
Took her in last week and they confirmed adjustment of cams. That seemed to have worked! It was all done elctronically.

I received my c63 4 weeks ago all good apart for engine vibration at around 1400rpm to 1900rpm. Best detected by driving around 95 to 100kph on 7th gear and try to accelerate slowly, the vibration can be felt through the car. MB told me its normal due to their gearbox, but I just can’t understand car with high price tag having vibration. Has anyone had this issue?

Tell the dealer to take it for a test drive.
Are You sure it's the engine, not the wheels?

defiantly sure. it happens through out all gears. Harder to detect on lower gears as the engine revs up quicker. and normally if its from wells vibration will be constant. if cruising only no vibration only when you accelerate you can fill it and only at low revs. If driving in manual mode also can run in 6th gear at around 1400rpm approximately 85kph and accelerate slowly the vibration will be felt as well but not as much as on the 7th gear. If anyone with similar car can try this type of driving and see if they fill vibration will be appreciated. I have another appointment on 27th at MB and see if they can solve it.

Proof-wife never complains and detects ANYTHING out of ordinary. You must pursue this with some dealer.

The plastic key has ears which get "dry" I put a VERY LIGHT film of silicone grease on about twice yearly. Don't get carried away-just a film. You can get this stuff at plumbers supply or use a VERY LIGHT film of brake caliper grease. DID I SAY VERY LIGHT FILM- oh yeah.
