ANYONE INTERESTED IN A CARBON HOOD ?
i am selling my old carbon hood cuz it's just collecting dust in my garage . i am looking to sell it within the United States because the shipping would be too much to ship international 
i understand that the hood is painted partially white but if somebody is that interested , i would be willing to respray it whatever color you want for a very small fee
i am asking $800 shipped + $50 to repaint if necessary . this is almost half the cost of a brand new hood .

Man this is really tempting! I really like the look of the louvered hood...any shots on of it on the car? Any concerns with rain water getting in the engine bay? How does fitment and weight compare with stock hood?

i drove from El Paso , Tx to Tucson , Az and it rained the whole way . i never had a problems with the rain .
the fit is darn near perfect because i already had it on the car and have done the little tweaks to make it fit right . i don't know exact weight savings but i'm guessing 30-50 lbs

The weight savings would be great since I'm getting a set 19's and this would help offset the additional rotating mass a bit.

the tweaks were done to the hood as far as the mounting hardware . there is nothing you would have to do to your car .
