HRE P40 on order :)
So, this is my fourth AMG and from the first one i've been considering HRE's but i always thought they are too expensive. I am still today of the very same opinion, but against better judgement i ordered them anyway, and i'm guessing i will be very happy with my choice. I ordered a set of Mich PSS with them, 245/35 front and 265/30 in the back. The HRE's come with a charcoal satin finish.
Excited! Getting them (hopefully during this month).
I hope they're gonna look good on the estate.
Now that i have them on i'm not actually that certain whether they are better than 19" OEM's or not....too bad. Expensive wheels.

ET43 265/30 19" 9,5" back and ET40 19x8,5" front. According to my measurments they should come out exactly to the fenders.

Wow, 19x9.5 +43mm offset with 265/30 tires? That is close to the fenders... are you sure you wont have any issue with rubbing, unless the estate has lower offset than the sedan?
I was recommended 19x9.5 +50mm.

19x9.5 +43 is a little too close for comfort.
Might be different for the estates?

The dealer said that those were the recommendations from the factory. What offset do you recommend for a 265/30? And i'd appreciate a quick answer

From my understanding the rear offsets on the OEM 19's are +55 or +54, dont know if its different for the estates. Here is my setup on 19x9 ET +45 in the rear on 265/30/19 Michelin PSS tires and 19x8.5 ET+ 235/35/19 in the front (NOTE: Im also lowered on H&R springs) springs are fully compressed in the pics so you get a good idea how close it is.

BTW the 265/30/19 Hankook EVO V12's had more space in between the fender since it has a more rounded sidewall.

OEM Multispoke 19's are 19x8 +45 front & 19x9 +54 rear. So if the estate has the same offset as the sedan... I would recommend you +50mm for your 19x9.5 rear.

Hi. Thanks for the early inputs. I checked it with the retailer and they double-checked with hre. Hre had given recommendations for another amg model. Without you guys i would have gotten the wrong wheels, so thank you so much.

Glad u got it sorted out.. It would suck to ship ur wrong wheels back from Finland to US.. Or deal with the rubbing.
That is what HRE recommended me as well. +41mm front & +50mm rear... U can check my other thread if u want to see what that set-up would look on a C63 w/ 245/35/19f & 275/30/19r.. It looks pretty flush.

Changed my order yesterday from charcoal satin to flat black. I just got a feeling that the charcoal wouldn't fit as well on the white estate as the flat black. Hope it works

I think the charcoal satin would be my choice, but it's just me as I'm not a fan of black wheels. I hope changing your order will not set you back a few weeks in production & delivery date? I still haven't heard any news on my wheel built... it's been 2 weeks now, so I hope it's going to be done soon. Lon @ HRE, can you check on my order pleaseeee...
